Fair use of Free accounts

The Free plan is intended for evaluation and light personal or small-team use under the published plan limits. Creating multiple Free accounts — including by using different email addresses — to obtain additional Free quotas, bypass plan limits, or otherwise evade usage restrictions is prohibited and is considered abuse of the platform.

One person or organization should not maintain multiple Free workspaces for the purpose of multiplying Free entitlements. If you need higher limits, upgrade to a paid plan or contact us.

Other prohibited abuse

Without limiting the above, the following are also prohibited:

• Automated or bulk creation of accounts to farm Free quotas
• Sharing a single Free account in a way that systematically circumvents plan limits
• Using the platform in a manner that harms service availability, security, or other customers
• Any use that violates applicable law

Suspension and disablement

ACM Platforms reserves the right to investigate suspected abuse and to disable, suspend, or terminate accounts and related Free workspaces when abuse of usage of this platform is found, including multi-account Free abuse described above. We may also limit or revoke Free entitlements where necessary to protect the service and other customers.

Agreement

By creating an account or using ACMP Data Analytics, you agree to these Terms of Use and to use the service in accordance with the published plan limits and this acceptable-use policy.
