About
ACMP Data Analytics is operated by ACM Platforms. Last updated July 26, 2026.
What this platform is
ACMP Data Analytics is a multi-tenant SaaS for conversational and visual analytics on your business data. Upload files, connect your own Amazon S3 data, or stream events; organize workspaces by functional domain; ask Maya in text or voice across Ask AI, SQL, and hosted notebooks; explore results in charts; share with teammates or partner workspaces; keep answers aligned with your glossary; and on higher plans connect corporate single sign-on and directory provisioning — all from a self-service portal.
Interactive answers and spoken summaries are powered by AWS generative AI. Your workspace keeps data isolated from other customers, and plan quotas help you control usage as you grow.
Available today
- Datasets & uploads — Bring CSV, JSON, and Parquet files into your workspace (up to 128 MB per file). At preview, exclude columns and override types before publish. On a ready dataset, hide columns from Ask AI and SQL without re-uploading. Publish a new version when the physical schema must change — each new version replaces the live query table (it does not append rows). For larger or multi-file data, use Connections. On plans that include sharing, control who in your workspace can view, query, or manage each dataset.
- Column views — On Premium and Enterprise, share only selected columns with teammates so they can query and use Ask AI on that slice without seeing the rest of the dataset.
- Publish to partner workspaces — On Premium and Enterprise, publish curated datasets to partner organizations without adding their users to your workspace. Grant access with a workspace ID or invite code, set a monthly scan allowance per partner, and let partners share those datasets with their own teammates. Soft-warnings appear when a partner allowance is nearly used.
- Connect your Amazon S3 data — Link a prefix in your own AWS account using a secure role (no long-lived access keys stored in the app). Test the connection, review a source profile, then create a dataset by ingesting (copying) matching files into the platform — prepared for interactive Ask AI and SQL like uploads — or by querying in place so files stay in your bucket in their original format. Prefer Connections when data exceeds the upload size limit or spans many files under one prefix. Workspace owners and admins can edit connection details or revoke access when needed.
- Functional domains — Categorize datasets as Commerce, CRM, Finance, Supply chain, IT Ops, IoT, or General so exploration and knowledge stay focused.
- Domain workspace — Pick a domain, multi-select ready datasets for Ask AI and SQL, and define join relationships so cross-table questions can combine related data.
- Maya (Ask AI) — One conversational assistant for natural-language questions over the active domain and selected datasets, with summaries and charts in the Insights workspace. New answers refresh the main results area automatically. Voice and optional avatar sessions support spoken domain switches (for example, “domain IT Ops”). Maya only pins charts to dashboards or opens special views when you clearly ask—analytics questions stay in Insights until you say otherwise.
- SQL editor — Run read-only analytical queries with cost awareness before large jobs proceed. View results as Table, Bar, Line, KPI, Pie, Pivot, Scatter, Histogram, or Heatmap; adjust encodings; download CSV; and see clear warnings when result limits apply.
- Maya (SQL Assist) — The same Maya on the SQL page (Professional, Premium, and Enterprise): draft, explain, or fix SQL from natural language (type or optional voice) against your selected datasets. Drafts never run automatically; you run or estimate only when you clearly ask and the editor has SQL. Coach mode offers analytics best-practice guidance without overwriting your SQL. Free and Standard do not include SQL Assist.
- Maya (Notebook Assist) — In hosted notebooks (Professional, Premium, and Enterprise), the same Maya drafts, explains, or fixes Python against datasets you can access. Talk in text or optional voice (say Hey Maya / Maya when wake is enabled). Drafts never run automatically; you insert code yourself, then confirm (for example confirm, approve, or yes) before any cell runs. Free and Standard do not include Notebook Assist.
- Dashboards — Build charts and KPI views — including the same chart types available in Ask AI and SQL — with interactive filters for your team. Pin from Ask AI when you choose to.
- Semantic layer & knowledge base — Define glossary terms, KPI definitions, and documents per domain; sync to the knowledge base so Ask AI prefers vocabulary for the active domain. Optional sync with AWS Bedrock Knowledge Base when enabled for your environment.
- Jobs & reports — Approve large analyses and download completed results.
- Hosted notebooks — On Professional, Premium, and Enterprise, open a governed Python notebook from the portal to analyze workspace datasets (uploads, ingested, or query-in-place sources). On those plans, Maya Notebook Assist is available inside the session (see above). Professional includes CPU notebook sizes (Small and Medium). Enterprise adds larger CPU sizes, higher concurrency, sharing with everyone in the workspace, and Self Hosted or Dedicate Managed options — including GPU notebook sizes when your deployment includes GPU capacity. Sessions are ephemeral — when a notebook stops (idle timeout, Stop, or restart), in-session work that was not saved is not kept. Save often to your Notebook library so analysis survives; share with teammates; restore prior versions when your plan includes history. Persistent notebooks (sessions that keep working state across stops) are available on Enterprise only. Free and Standard do not include hosted notebooks.
- Streaming ingest — Register stream sources, push continuous event data, monitor pipeline health and failures, then analyze the bound dataset in Ask AI and SQL within a functional domain. On Premium and Enterprise, owners and admins can turn on Optimize for analytics per stream so Ask AI and SQL use a more efficient storage format (batched on a schedule or when enough data accumulates).
- Billing & usage — Track storage, query volume, and AI credits; upgrade on Pricing.
- Team access — Invite colleagues and assign workspace roles (viewer, analyst, admin, or owner).
- Organization & workspaces — On Professional and above, create additional workspaces under one organization (for example Staging). Billing stays per workspace; people with access to more than one can choose after sign-in.
- Organization SSO & SCIM — On Premium and Enterprise, connect your company identity provider (SAML or OpenID Connect) under Organization SSO. Domains and SSO apply across the organization. People sign in with Continue with SSO, or from your IdP’s app tile (Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, AWS IAM Identity Center, and similar) when configured. Optional SCIM provisioning keeps users in sync and maps groups to workspace roles. See the Guide for setup steps.
Coming soon
We are actively building the following. They are not generally available yet and may change before release.
- Forecast & anomaly alerts — Scheduled scans and forecast charts as asynchronous jobs
- Deeper collaboration — Shared live presentation modes for analytics sessions
- Industry domain packs — Curated starter content for verticals beyond the functional domains available today
What this platform is not
- A place to run arbitrary unrestricted code or unmanaged database administration
- A replacement for your compliance, privacy, or industry-specific review processes
- A guarantee that AI-generated speech or text is accurate for every audience — validate critical decisions
Accounts and security
Sign-in uses secure hosted authentication (password, Google, or corporate SSO when your plan and workspace are configured for it). Workspace settings and analytical artifacts are stored in protected cloud infrastructure. Customer data stays isolated per workspace. Platform operators use a separate admin console with elevated access controls.
